Babe (2.5 yrs): "Mom, What means Yoga?"
Me: "What does Yoga mean??"
Babe: "Yeah"
Me: "Yoga means Union. And that means taking things and bringing them together. Yoga is about being together"
pause
Babe: "Mom, WE'RE Together"
Yes, We are. We are together. We are all together. So simple. Now, the idea is just to remember it in every moment, no matter the situation... Make YOGA out of every instant. Simple.
